Depending on the location you select, you’ll enjoy a one night stay with breakfast included, or a two night room-only stay (breakfast will be available to purchase at these locations if desired).

With locations situated in tranquil countryside spots, cosy market towns, along the sea front, or minutes away from the city, there’s plenty of exploring opportunities for you and your furry friend. Please note that only one dog will be able to stay for free.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
