The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given the option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. The Collision Damage cover is up to £15,000, a credit card is required to guarantee the excess, drivers are liable for the first £5,000, payable in the event of any damage to the car. Excess can be reduced to £500 on the day with the Collision Damage Excess Waiver for an additional fee of £35. Full details are available at the time of booking.
Customers will be required to purchase a Health and Hygiene Pack on the day, which consists of a brand-new branded balaclava and gloves, which customers will be able to take away with them following the experience, this is subject to an additional fee of £6.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.
When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
