What better way to celebrate your special pet than with this pet portrait gift, where a professional photographer will capture your much-loved animal’s unique characteristics on camera in a studio session. Pets are not only our best friends who we tell all our secrets to, or the mischief makers who we can never stay angry at for too long, they’re a treasured member of the family, adding even more love and warmth to our homes.

Whilst this photoshoot experience is for pets to pose in front of the camera, owners and family members are also invited to join in too to capture some adorable full family portraits that you’ll be able to cherish and decorate your house with. With a host of locations nationwide, you’re sure to find a studio somewhere nearby for your special experience. Wherever you decide to go for the photoshoot, you and your pet will feel truly looked after, whether it’s your four-legged friend, cat or even your hamster!

With locations nationwide you shouldn't have to travel over an hour in order to participate in your session and viewing. Your experience will include a one hour portrait session for you and your pet at a studio and a complimentary 10"x 8" image.

Please note that only one voucher per family, per year can be used. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. You will be required to pay a £35 booking deposit which will be fully refunded after the experience. A separate viewing appointment will be arranged within a week of your studio session where you will be able to select your favourite image, you will also have the opportunity to purchase any additional portraits. You will be asked to return approximately four weeks later to collect your images. You must attend the photoshoot and the viewing in order to receive the complimentary printed image and your deposit refunded. If you do not attend the viewing, you will not receive the image and the deposit will not be refunded.

SuperDog of the Month competition: With this experience you will also have the opportunity to show your love for your dog and enter an image from your photography session into the SuperDog of the Month competition. The SuperDog of the Month competition was created to celebrate the best in dog portraiture, whilst raising money for the UK charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

By entering you have the chance to win a monthly prize of £100 Pets at Home voucher, and £1000 for the overall winner in the SuperDog of the Year competition.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.

If you have received a damage or incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this rectified.

When returning your item please leave the packaging slip in the box or a note with your name and order number on, this will help us process your return a lot quicker.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on your bank.
